Create a handle and redirect to it for statusphere.xyz

statusphere.xyz is registered at Namecheap, but it shows a generic "parking" page.

Suggestion:

• create an account for it
• set the domain as the account handle
• set DNS for root to CNAME for redirect.bsky.app

Looks like statusphere now redirects to this repo, which is great...

...but I still think it should be handle, which should own this lexicon
