increase space for username in more info hover - currently shorter than the already truncated username in feed #9104

Describe the Feature
While it makes perfect sense to truncate the username in the feed, is it possible to add an ability to break into another line on this more info view?
currently if you want to read a full username you have to click through to the profile page rather than it showing up in the more info hover box. just seems counterintuitive to have less information in that item than you can see in the feed.

2 examples of posts in the feed on desktop (the only relevant place I think)
you can see the truncated username in the feed and the box that shows up when you hover it, with an even more truncated username displayed beneath.
