Integrate translation directly into de app

Currently, the translation feature in Bluesky redirects the user to a new browser tab. I suggest that the translation be integrated directly into the app, providing a more fluid and intuitive user experience.

I'd like to be able to define via settings which languages should be translated automatically to English, without me having to click on 'Translate' at all. There should be a visual indication that the text is a translation.

If you have Google translate installed like I do it will result in losing screen context and scrolling as I described here:

I've opened PR #9070 that implements built-in translation as a progressive enhancements on browsers that ship the Translator API (currently Chrome 138 and later). On non-supporting browsers, it falls back to the present behavior of linking to Google Translate. (I'm @tomayac.com on Bluesky.)
