Instead of using Google Translate since it is more accurate. If it is implemented, it should be done the same way as its official extension does for Twitter.

DeepL translations are much less accurate than Google Translate ones, in my experience, especially from Asian languages.

It uses correct grammar more often, and the resulting text sounds more natural, but it often changes and sometimes inverts the meaning.

I've opened PR #9070 that implements built-in translation as a progressive enhancement on browsers that ship the Translator API (currently Chrome 138 and later). On non-supporting browsers, it falls back to the present behavior of linking to Google Translate. (I'm @tomayac.com on Bluesky.)
