[FEATURE REQUEST] Allowing max width / height options

Thanks for creating such a great library! It works like a charm.

I just miss the ability to set a maximum size the image will be cropped/scaled to. This is useful to prevent sending large images to the server when that resolution is never needed and becomes just a waste of money on storage and slower upload times for the user.

I'm not familiar with Swift and Kotlin, so not sure how I can help myself, so I hope putting it here opens the discussion.
