Question about eventual consistency in the readme

Hi,

I would like to know more about the eventual consitency mechanic. Precisely, I would like to know if it is possible that two processes are registered against the same name, and so the temporary replicate would consume a message sent to that name. Which would mean that message would be lost. Is this scenario possible with the static ring?
