Allow Professional Pycharm install env flag?

Would it be possible to update the build/root/install.sh script to allow for a env variable check that allows for the use of pycharm professional over community edition?

Asking if this was done before and tested, to see if this was tested already and scrapped.

This issue is irrelevant, as now there's only one PyCharm edition.
