not blink status diode

Hi, I programmed the board under clipper (I also tried with STM cube, the programmer tells me that it has programmed), but the status diode does not blink, it only lights up slightly, what is wrong.

I had the same issue when installing klipper via SD card. It installed correctly (file was renamed "FIRMWARE.CUR"). However I didn't know when it was finished, because the LED wasn't blinking.
