Support for open modification search

I wonder if there are enough applications to think about adding support for open modification search to quantms.

E.g. sage already supports it. And I think we have an Openms webapp around it.
There is also some basic spectrum indexing code for OpenMS.

a student of mine uses sage and open modification search to determine prominent mods in samples. good for quality control

What are the settings and tool calls?

We can add a profile or some params to enable this for the ID only sub workflow.

The thing is that the default output is not super usable.
There is some code that collects statistics, performs some kde and maps to unimod or unknown.
This is what the student currently does and transforms into mod distributions (peptide level) per sample.
I can try to get the config. It is already implemented in her local quantms.
