[Bug]: `CliBenchmarks` won't run if path contains space

Description

CliBenchmarks should have a separate quoted path property for Path.RepoRoot

Steps to Reproduce

Move csharpier repo to folder with space in its name and try to run CliBenchmaks

Expected Behavior

It should run

Actual Behavior

Invalid file error
