Export from HDF5 to other formats (BIOM, tab)

We should offer an "export" feature to pull out the complete time-series table and associated information into a format usable by other software.

For the record, ananke-ui has a "Save all clusters (.csv)" link on the Explore Time Series Clustering tab that will achieve this, but the actual ananke program still needs this implemented through the CLI.
