Are there plans to update Azure B2C custom policy config approach.

I am wondering are there any plans to make custom policy development more user-friendly? With the current xml config files even simple changes like adding a condition on a few claims is a quite not trivial task. So is there a chance it will be updated in the future to support some scripting language or at least add more options to the current xml and make it less verbose?

AAD B2C is on path to deprecation:

Entra External Id is the product that supersedes AAD B2C.
