Nextflow > 22.04.03 not supported!

Hi,

we've been trying to run the latest versions of some nf-core pipeline (e.g. nf-core/methylseq) which require Nextflow >=22.10.01, but AGC doesn't seem to work with Nextflow > 22.04.03. Is there a way this could be implemented, so that we're able to run the most up-to-date workflows using Amazon Genomics CLI?

Now this Nextflow version is even further out of date from what a number of the nf-core pipelines require.I would love to be able to access more of these nf-core pipelines, especially the single-cell rna-seq (scrnaseq) pipeline. At the moment, scrnaseq requires the Nextflow version 23.04.0. I think it would just take updating the buildspec.yml file for the Nextflow package. Checkout the image I attached.
