Native AWS batch support for snakemake #593

Description
I am investigating different options for executing snakemake pipelines on AWS. It seems that the Amazon Genomics Cli supports AWS batch in the background. On the other hand, it seems that Amazon does not provide native AWS batch support for snakemake. I know that this might not be the right place to request this feature, but can you please add native AWS batch support for snakemake? It seems that you already have an implementation for that.
