Add more pronounced active state for pickers and/or picker cursor

At the moment activating a picker is quite subtle, so users forget that they are active.

Showing a picker cursor would indicate the active picker mode. A more distinct active state for picker buttons tells the user which picker is active.

I can try the active state for buttons, since it is CSS but not the cursor.

I presumed that, regardless of the implementation approach, all the pickers, the one that triggers the white box, will behave the same to be consistent across the board.
