how to load dory models?

I am running asreview-server-stack by cloning git

I am able to access the URL. Now, I am not sure what to do to enable dory models in this environment.

What files to edit?

I did pip install --user asreview-dory
and
asreview dory cache-all

but I do not see those models on asreview website.

Hi @asheetal,

In order to run Dory, you have to adjust the first part of the Dockerfile in the repo, like this:

# First stage
FROM python:3.11-slim AS builder
WORKDIR /app

# Copy and build asreview
# git is used by versioneer to define the project version
COPY . /app
RUN apt-get update \
    && pip install --upgrade pip \
    && pip3 install --user --no-cache-dir \
        "asreview>=2,<3" \
        gunicorn \
        asreview-dory # <====== adding Dory

Then rebuild en restart Docker containers. When you use the webapp, select the ELAS h3 model to start using Dory:

Please let us know if you were successful. Keep in mind that training the Dory model takes time (several hours is normal). After that things will run much faster.
