Refined Storage Compatability Issue

I just found this mod not too long ago, I really enjoy the mod. I just got a Refined Storage computer, and any time I put items in the computer over a certain amount it doesn't show my items anymore? I only have the max set to 1k, all of my items are still on the disks but I can't get to them
