Syncing shuffles properties in default.project.json.

I have a bunch of instances in workspace, and their properties get shuffled on every sync, even though the values stay the same.
Because of this I have a lot of commits called "Updated default.project.json." which I would rather not have.

I agree at least sorting even alphabetically would be great!
