To avoid keeping things up to date manually, we can enable Dependabot.
Detailed overview
Security-related updates and general upgrades should be enabled for Gradle scripts (Kotlin flavor). YAML Configuration can be used to specify how Dependabot should behave.

- Dependabot is configured using YAML
- Dependabot is enabled in repository settings
- README and/or Contributing guide are updated to explain the change
