Docs search ranks API reference above platform guides

Problem

Searching a platform concept returns API reference entries first, with the platform guide below them or off the first screen. Following the top results doesn't reach the page that answers the question. Guessing URLs directly is faster than using the search, which is how an AI agent got the pages it needed.

Expected

Platform guides outrank API reference for conceptual queries, while reference pages stay on top for queries that name an endpoint, a field, or a client method.

In case this is about the search modal, the search there is contextual, i.e., it ranks results from the current URL prefix higher.

This ⬆️ behaviour is intentional.

Regarding the original issue body, I'm not sure the AI agent can use the modal, though. It might be getting its data somewhere else.
