Helm chart publish for release candidates

Can we get the helm RC versions released via helm publish the way full versions are?

Helm dependencies are required to be a helm published tgz. https://helm.sh/docs/helm/helm_dependency/

I could help with testing the new RC 1.19.0RC2 if it was published.

They are always published and installable via dist.apache.org - https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/airflow/helm-chart/1.19.0rc3/ - this is explained in https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/dev/README_RELEASE_HELM_CHART.md#verify-release-candidates-by-contributors

I searched for hours and never found that.

When I was guessing at the version I was trying 1.19.0rc2 1.19.0-rc2 1.19.0-rc.2 and the future release version.
