Display additional information about bulk imports in monitor

The changes in #6149 gather new information that is not displayed on the monitor.

Describe the solution you'd like

Modify the monitor to display the fate id, table id, and destination dir for each bulk import. This is new information that is being gathered for each bulk import and is already available in the monitor server code.
