Photo interaction doesn't work in rotated map view

Because the whole view is set as not clickable to disable dragging interaction.

There is probably no quick solution for this. Deferred.

In order to enable the user to minimize the area of the map occluded by photos the photos should be reduced to just the pointing arrow when minimized.
