How do I report a fake file

How do I report a fake file? I downloaded a file with the hash
46B2021916230EA25D4334038F944138
I see that it's not possible to report it or stop it from being shared.
What I've done is rename it in aMule and delete it from my local source.
Is there any way to report it to the community?

Right click on a shared file -> Add Comment/Rating -> select Fake and type a comment -> Apply

Alternatively, you can try contacting the user who is sharing the file via direct message and inform them that the file they are sharing is corrupted. If they are the person who created that file, they will likely be interested in replacing it; otherwise, they will most probably ignore your message and do nothing. Therefore, as a precaution, always follow got3nks' suggestion
