Feature Request: Configurable panels to display Uploads below Downloads

First of all, congratulations to the whole team for bringing aMule back to active development. The work you've done with version 3.x is impressive, and it's great to see this historic project alive again.

I'd like to suggest a small usability improvement.

One feature I really miss, compared to many other P2P clients, is the ability to view Downloads and Uploads simultaneously in the main window. Currently, Uploads are located in a separate tab, which means I have to keep switching between tabs to monitor both activities.
Of course, this should remain entirely optional, so users who prefer the current interface can continue using it unchanged.

Would it be possible to add configurable panels, or an option in the preferences that allows the Uploads panel to be displayed below Downloads, while keeping the current layout as the default?

I believe this would make aMule even more convenient to use and would align it with the experience offered by many popular P2P clients, where downloads and uploads can be monitored simultaneously or through a configurable layout.

When managing transfers, uploads are just as important as downloads. Being able to monitor both at the same time would provide a much more efficient workflow, especially for users who actively manage their queue and upload slots.

The web interface (amuleweb) has uploads below downloads
