Add addresses labeling functions

It would be useful to have the following features

• On the Send Screen the ability to label addressees
• On the Send Screen the ability an add an address from a previously used label
• A Recipients screen where a user can manage Recipient Addresses. They would be able to add, delete, all addresses. Bulk import and export options would be useful also.

address_3, label
address_4, label

When the user confirms the import it would then create new Recipient Addresses for each line from the input box. An export option could use the same format.
