@see external links always have .html appended

The jsDoc `@see` annotation allows also external urls. The generator always appends .html at the end `of @links`.
Even if the user can actually add a new template overriding the `class.html` file the default template (angular-template) should be in compliance with the jsDoc reference ([http://usejsdoc.org/tags-see.html)](http://usejsdoc.org/tags-see.html)
