The algokit project deploy command is failing silently in case of errors in deploy_config.py.

Steps to reproduce

EDIT:

1. Have an import error in Python in the deploy_config.py
2. Run algokit project deploy localnet

Expected behaviour

The deployment fails with an error.

Actual behaviour

The deployment fails silently.
