Error when updating Charging Amps, Charger and the like

Everything is connected and the data is flowing. I can read all of the sensors. I can Wake Up the car, but ... I can't adjust or manipulate any of the charging elements.

The entire dataset is below (it's a long scroll, so I tucked it way down there) for anyone's review

This is what I get when I try to update the Charging Amps via Node Red:

Similiarly, this is what I get when I try to update the Charging Amps in HCAS.

I suspect it's a configuration thing, since other folks have no issue with updating the charging, but I can't think of where it could be.
