Ignore tagged commits on the release notes #147
Description
Some projects, I guess most of the ones that have the version in the code itself somewhere, need to make a commit bumping that version besides just tagging the release in GitHub.
I would, by default, ignore the commits that have tags in the release notes, but keep the old behaviour behind a flag (or the other way around)
