Tracking Mitochondria along one axis

Hello,

I am actually trying to track mitochondria. I would like to know if there is a way to get those frequency of mitochondria/length graphs only on the mitochondria going along one axis ( anterograde transport ) or along the other axis ( retrograde transport ) ?
