[otfautohint] Missing option print-dflt-fddict

otfautohint.exe --doc-fontinfo:

Running otfautohint with the option --print-dflt-fddict will provide the list
of default FDDict values for the source font. These can be used as a starting
point for alternate FDDict definitions.

otfautohint.exe -d font.ufo --report-only --print-dflt-fddict

otfautohint: error: unrecognized arguments: --print-dflt-fddict

I'd suggest reinstate the option.
