Deactivate Light mode / dark mode toggling

Hi,
Is there a way to deactivate the button in masthead toggling between light and dark mode ? If not, is there a way to make light mode the default theme ?

There is not, but it wouldn't be too hard to add if you want to open up a new issue for it.
