Forwarded call is missing info

When I receive a phonecall which is forwarded to my Sailfish X device I see a little icon, that indicates that the call is forwarded from another number, to the left of the incomming number/contact on my phone, but the information isn't shown on the pebble. Only an empty "incoming call" notification is shown.

How to reproduce:

1. set another subscription to forward to your sailfish device
2. call the forwarded number
3. see empty notification on pebble

Expectation:

3. see notification with name or number on the pebble

I haven't done any Sailfish or D-Bus development previously and would like a pointer at where I would start (beyond downloading and installing the SDK), to find and debug this issue to maybe be able to provide a PR. I've found some pointers on how to listen to the D-Bus, but I have failed to find any documentation on the structure and type of the messages relevant to the caller info needed.

Similar issue on Sailfish 3.1.0.11 (rockpool 1.8)

When receiving a call where incoming callers phone number is in contacts:
Contact name is shown on pebble call notification.

If the caller is not in contacts:
The number is not shown on pebble similar to what you describe with an empty "Incoming call" notification.
However, a missed call from a number not in "Contacts" is correctly displayed when receiving a "missed call" notification on pebble
