I am trying to convert a SMILES string to a PDBQT file and the MOL -> PDBQT part seems to not work in my environment. I am using conda w/ python=3.10 rdkit=2024.3.5. Windows 11
When I run a command, the console throws an error because of the rm command. Is there any fix apart from switching to a Linux environment?
