[Test Reporter] Please add wordsailbot as a “Test Reporter”

I host a few websites, so I believe it’s my responsibility to run the automated tests as a good member of the community. Following the instructions on https://make.wordpress.org/hosting/test-results-getting-started/, I kindly request that my bot, wordsailbot, be added as a Test Reporter.
