Rename `blocks-non-jsx` to `blocks-esnext` #236

It is understood the folder blocks-non-jsx was originally named such as it delivered both ES5 for IE and ESNext examples
Support for IE has since been dropped and subsequently, the ES5 examples have been dropped
Is it time to rename blocks-non-jsx to blocks-esnext?
