Toggle to change boxes to outlines or hide completely

Feature description and context

During review, it can be difficult to see what an annotator has put the box over, as the box is filled with a translucent red.

With labels off, still can't see:

After deleting we can confirm it's almost certainly not an animal:

Being able to toggle all the drawn features (boxes / labels / icons) on and off would be great.

Feature sign-off requirements

When hotkey pressed, boxes disappear completely and return when hotkey released.

Making the bounding boxes thin red lines with no fill would also make it easier to see what's inside the box. This could be toggled, or maybe just become a default?

I think putting this to outline-only is going to be fastest, but could make the annotations more difficult to spot during initial review. What do you think @simbamangu ?

The annotations should still be easy to spot if the labels are switched on.

I've used a couple of systems where a keypress hides all annotations - that would be ideal, i.e. hold down the space bar and everything disappears?

Per #120, the outlines were still super visible and a little bit of a problem in herds. So we're gonna pursue this "hide all" option and not consider the empty box a final improvement. But the empty box annotation is what we have in for sure as part of 2.4.0
