Add Tutorials List To Resources Section Of Docs

I love the recent expansion of the resources section of the documentation. I'd love to see a list of tutorials there. The sad thing is I can only think of two tutorials:

• http://themergency.com/wordpress-rest-api/
• http://apppresser.com/using-wordpress-rest-api-mobile-app/

There is also Tom McFarlin's Tuts+ on the HTTP API, which is relevant for use of the REST API inside WordPress.

Before I submit a pull request I'd like to know if anyone has any other tutorials to add to the list.

@pollyplummer Thanks for merging #27. #26 is another PR with a link to a tutorial (an excellent one by Carl Alexander) that went unmerged--probably because my original PR referenced the wrong issue. Can you merge that one too please?
