Allow 16-bit MRC input for denoising

Currently the denoiser expects 32-bit MRC floating point, however motioncorrected micrographs can be stored as 16-bit floating point (in order to save disk space). The denoiser inputs needs to be modifiedt to successfully normalise and process 16-bit input micrographs
