Add guide for importing PartiNet coordinates into cryoSPARC #37
Description
Users need clear instructions on how to use PartiNet-picked coordinates in cryoSPARC for downstream processing. Currently, the documentation does not cover the workflow for importing picked particles into cryoSPARC's "Import Particle Stack" job.
Proposed Documentation Addition
Add a section to the documentation (likely in STAR page) that covers:
- Flipping in y during extraction if denoised
- Flags to turn on for microscope overrides and STAR strict checking
- How to do prefix and suffix (see below)
