Test results showing as inconclusive when known to pass

I have all tests passing however in the markdown output a couple of tests have shown as inconclusive;

I removed the hyphen from the name and the test is now marked as passed;

Also appears to happen with tests expecting to fail, but most likely due to commas in the name;

NB, both examples happen in scenario outlines

Removing comma fixed outcome;
