What are you trying to modify
Akin to the chains of pain that Trag'oul has, Where it makes a sphere, TimeBomb should Halt all Projectiles for a moment in the sphere (Thrown Snowball, Would need to be crafted Snowball, Clock, Diamond and sand, and all projectiles are halted (momentum and all) players are slowed in the sphere for the duration (and have mining fatigue(slow attacks).
Level details:
Levels increase size(configurable), and duration(configurable). but at max level, players other than the caster are halted but you are given no movement penalty, just a mining fatigue to prevent blowing up players(toggleable in config)
Alternatives
Throwing an alien into a volcano, like pompei. and preventing him from blowing it up.
