feature request: ability to proxy subtitles using configured proxy

Problem Description / Use Case

I'm selfhosting submaker on the same VPS as AIOStreams, but I'd like to not expose it.

Since I'm adding it as a custom addon, it's not possible to specify the AIOStreams Proxy Auth option to proxy the subtitles through AIOStreams.

Proposed Solution

Add an option to proxy custom addons through AIOStreams.

You can already proxy streams from any addon. I'm assuming you mean you want to be able to proxy subtitles via the built-in proxy?
