Spring Cleaning in the GitHub Repository for Thor

This issue is a consolidation of some earlier issues all having to do with tidying up Thor's GitHub Repository by removing unnecessary files and other related cleanup.

• Files in soure directories / tidy #237
• Scattered URLs #225
• Directories in "My Tools" #223
• GoFish in Thor Base #221

Since this will not add any functionality to Thor, it will be a rainy day project when the issues list has been effectively emptied.

Even so, it will have to be done very carefully to ensure that no functionality is lost or changed.

One of the ideas of atomic issues (as good as possible) is to follow that a distinct problem is solved. How long it takes is a different problem. Since the text on (merge) commits on this project are poor (to say it the kind way), this approach removes the last chance to see what is changed.
