- Update Model tools (Web search and Code Sandbox)
- Remove plugins no longer available: Web Search, Image Search, Web Page Reader, Powerpoint/Word Generator
- Update Internal Prompts section (for chat title generation and context summary)
- Update billing section in the Admin Panel
