impossible to validate taxon name with uBio

It seems that the uBio website has major problems for some time and it is impossible to validate names there. Would it be possible to add an option to validate with the NCBI taxon ID?

I have encounted the same problem, my taxablock has 492 specimens (around 300 species), tha validation repeatedly fails and I am unable to finalize my submission.

It is unlikely you will receive a response from treebase, and some of us consider it abandoned. There are a number of issues that have been closed, but the problem not resolved. I would recommend you find a different repository for your data.

The uBio website doesn't seem to be online anymore, so there is no way to get this validated unless NCBI TaxIDs are better integrated. But I don't see this happening since the TreeBASE project seems to be abandoned
