filling in DOIs in NeXML?

Apologies if this isn't the best place to put this, but looks like the NeXML records often lack a DOI for a study.  Not sure what the best strategy is for identifying records associated with a DOI would be (maybe study title?) and if it would be robust enough to back-propagate into those records.
