[NFSU2] HudAspectRatioConstraint does not work

I have a 32:9 display and I would like to have the HUD constrained to 16:9, but the option for it doesn't do anything. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

I don't have any other mod installed that could conflict with WidescreenFix

Somehow the line of code that is supposed to read that value got lost. There's something else I wanted to add to NFS fixes, I'll see if I can in the near future and make a release with these fixes.

Also in NFS Underground (2003) can't set HUD aspect ratio automatically
