Add a UI button or Hotkey to skip Victorious and Defeat screen

Loads of people hate the length of the you are victorious/defeated screen.
Shortening this screen will make these players happy, but this lead to making other players unhappy who like to enjoy the you are victorious screen. Also Making it shorter cuts some content from the game were these tracks would not fully play.

So instead we can add a button or hotkey to this screen so this allows the players to fast quit the game without there in game stats to be affected and without time wasting. But still have the opportunity to listen to the full you are victorious screen.

I think it would be fine to simply allow the user to always access the in-game menu, regardless of the match outcome banner being shown.

I expect it is a bug that the victory screen has inconsistent length.
